I’m a bit of a forum junkie and if you hover over the Forum menu button above (on the main menu buttons) you will see a list of my favourites to choose from.

Definition:

“a public meeting or assembly for open discussion”

• Why use them?

Primarily to communicate, to have your say or in the case of mine just chat.

• Why not use a “live” chat program?.

A forum records your ideas so that people not on line at that time can still add to your comments or ideas.  Especially useful if members are in different time zones.

It’s so important to keep your brain agile no matter what age you are.  Any doctor will tell you this (along with don’t smoke, don’t drink too much and for heavens sake lose some weight).
